So, I never updated this journal about my new RISD class this semester...i think...idk...

Anyways, the course is on Web Comics, and we're learning all sorts of comic-related-goodness. For the class, I decided to come up with an extremely simple concept for a comic. Something easy to draw that doesn't need to make much sense. And so...

...Box and Base is born. Very simple, and silly, it was just something I was doodling in my planner for school and I figured it'd be a good starting point.

I was very inspired by 's comic Spider and Scorpion over at his website Collected Curios because of it's simplicity and sillyness.
